Dispatch
Stock frames leave the studio within one to two working days. Optical orders that need prescription glazing add five to seven days, because every lens is cut and fitted in-house before it ships. The moment your order is collected by the carrier, a tracking link lands in your inbox.

Tracking
Your dispatch email carries a live tracking link and the courier reference. If a parcel stalls for more than 48 hours, write to hello@vanta.optics with your order number and we'll chase it ourselves.
International, duties & customs
We ship worldwide. For orders outside the United Kingdom, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where the destination allows it; otherwise they are billed by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. Nothing about a frame changes at a border — only the paperwork.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return any unworn frame in its original case within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Frames must be unmarked, with all packaging and the microfibre intact.
- Prescription lenses are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Start a return by emailing hello@vanta.optics — we reply with a prepaid label for domestic orders.
Refunds are issued within five working days of the frame arriving back at the studio.
Exchanges
Wrong size or want a different colourway? Exchanges within the 30-day window are free in the same region. Tell us the frame and variant you'd prefer when you start the return and we'll reserve it while your original travels back.
Warranty & repairs
Every VANTA frame is covered for two years against manufacturing faults — hinges, soldering, lamination and coatings. If something fails through normal wear, we repair or replace it.
Beyond the warranty, hinge and nose-pad servicing is free for the life of the frame. Bring them to any stockist or post them to the studio and we'll keep them sharp.
