Terms of service.

By browsing this store and placing an order you accept these terms. They sit alongside our privacy policy and shipping & returns page. VANTA Optics may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published when you order.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your frames; until then we may decline or cancel — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. We correct genuine errors and tell you before charging.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full. Full detail of carriers, timings and duties is on the shipping page.

You may return unworn frames within 30 days, and you have any statutory cancellation rights that apply in your region. Made-to-order prescription lenses are exempt unless faulty. The full procedure lives on the returns page.

Frames carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. It doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse or normal cosmetic wear.

The VANTA name, designs, photography and copy are our intellectual property; please don't reproduce them commercially without permission. Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or probe it. We may suspend access where these terms are abused.

We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
